Fascia & Soffit Cleaning
Cleanseal Exterior Cleaning
We spend so much of our time cleaning the inside of our homes that we tend to forget about the outside. The front of your house is the first thing people see, so a dirty and grimy front doesn’t make the best impression.
Soffits and fascias are often overlooked, even though they play an important role in protecting your home’s roofline and maintaining its neat appearance.
Cleaning your soffits and fascias not only keeps your house looking fresh from the outside, but also helps you see early warning signs of damage and remove the build-up of mould growth.
Your fascias and soffits are an integral part of your home and as such, should be well maintained. As part of our cleaning service, Cleanseal Exterior Cleaning can clean all of your uPVC fascias and soffits to give your home a facelift and return it to looking as new.
uPVC is marketed as maintenance-free, but it does need cleaning. This sometimes is overlooked and with the majority of uPVC being installed in white colour, this can become unsightly. The weather causes much of the problems for uPVC, leaving deposits of algae an unsightly green colour. Road traffic emissions also give your uPVC a dull off white/grey look.
There is nothing worse than dirty faded frames on windows, doors, rooflines, and conservatories to ruin the look of your homes exterior.
Included in the price will be the fascia and soffit boards and also the outer plastic of the guttering.

Our Promise To You!
Our aim is to provide our customers with the safest options available with the best cleaning results without causing any damage to walls and buildings. In some cases, high pressure is not an option we would advise, and in these cases, we would recommend a low-pressure chemical clean or steam.
We use High Pressure to remove grime, moss, and algae growth with the help of our flat service cleaner. For stubborn areas that need extra cleaning, our team is fully qualified to use chemicals and steam. To aid our cleaning service we are fully equipped with a MAZZONI HOT BOX steamer and can offer our customers stone restoration hot steam up to 150c. Steam causes no structural damage to exterior surfaces and is a fantastic way to clean walls safely.
